The company’s quality system was developed to meet the requirement of construction and Allied industries including the oil and gas sector.
The Quality system is structured on three levels as follows:
LEVEL 1- QUALITY MANUAL.
This manual outlines the company’s quality assurance policy, organization and management policies, which are implemented through the use of operating procedures.
LEVEL 2- OPERATING PROCEEDURES.
These procedures describe the way in which the particular quality activities are to be implemented.
LEVEL 3- WORK INSTRUCTION.
These instructions are available where lack of instructions would affect the quality of provided services.
LEVEL 4- QUALITY ASSURANCE CODES AND STANDARDS.
The following quality assurance codes and standards are utilized by CASTLEBRIDGE, for it’s operations in order to achieve quality objective and goals. They are:
